He successfully incorporated all our must-have design features and provided thoughtful guidance on cost-effective alternatives for other elements. When supply chain issues led to cost increases in certain areas, Claudio proactively identified savings elsewhere to keep the overall budget in check. Claudio assembled and coordinated a talented team of professionals, including an architect, interior designers, and specialized contractors—most notably an expert in whole-home radiant heating.
